Positive: Very comfortable cottage in quiet location, with great views from the upstairs room. Very tidy, with all necessary amenities.

Settle is a truly wonderful place. A small, unspoilt market town with history, trains, independent shops and cafes, tasty fish and chips and good beer. Three Peak central cottage is perfect for exploring the town and surrounding countryside. A quiet cottage in the old part of town, you can walk to the centre and beyond. Super convenient for picking up any of the excellent footpaths and bridleways. The cottage is very well appointed, feels recently decorated, clean, cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and having two bathrooms is a real bonus. The living room is bright, spacious and was great for us all to relax after scaling one of the yorkshire 3 peaks. Host your Home were super helpful from the booking right to departure. Nice friendly people who answered any questions we had and let us know they were available if needed. Great cottage, looking forward to exploring other HyH proprties .

Great location for exploring the dales and 3 peaks with access to all the amenities of Settle. The cottage met all our needs for a base to explore from. As others have pointed out although the property sleeps 6 it would be a bit tight in the living room. We were a group of four so managed ok. We were lucky with parking and managed to park by the green. If I was wanting to stay in Settle again I would book again.
