Convenient for the event at Holmes Mill. Positive: Breakfast n/a. Perfect location for a wedding at Holmes Mill where we going. Also a short walk to town. Something to note is that the stairs in the house are very steep so not good for anyone with mobility issues. Negative: Disappointed to see there is a £67 cleaning fee added which seems extreme for 2 nights. I only made a cup of tea and washed the cup and didn’t use any other facilities, I even emptied the bins.

Positive: Extremely clean with everything we needed for a short stay. Lots of space, comfy seating. Appreciate the hospitality tray and the complimentary toiletries. Thank you. Negative: The main bed was rather creaky and very soft for 2 aging guests!! Couldn’t fault anything else.

Home from home it was perfect Positive: The little details were great. Tea ,coffee sauces etc. It was just perfect, would recommend and would definitely return. Negative: The bed was too soft for me personally
